This folder contains a description of the Bartlett Hotel, which Frank C. Clark designed in Jerome, Arizona, and Ezra C. Bartlett constructed it in 1899, with the grand opening in 1900. It is one of a few buildings that he designed there about the same time. Also included are handwritten notes and images of the town and the hotel.

Kay Atwood and Gail Evans created the "Frank Chamberlain Clark Survey" in 1982. The Jackson County Board of Commissioners sponsored the survey. The survey contains detailed information about the designs by Frank Clark, his biography, and forms documenting each building. The study consists of 232 pages and 12 pages of city maps.

This file contains an inventory list from 1982 of Frank C. Clark buildings and a typed list of buildings dating 1926 to 1940 from his Journal. Also included are handwritten notes regarding buildings that he designed.
