Scope and Contents
Family correspondence from 1894 includes a letter from E.N. Anderson. Anderson (nee Myer) to daughter and sons (no names provided). A letter of application to the school board of Monmouth, Oregon from Emma Temperance Loosely (nee Anderson) is included with a written warning from Emma on the backside to an unknown niece or nephew of potential legal action if the person in question returns to her home. Correspondence includes a second letter from Emma to Dear Absent Loved Ones (no names provided) that includes a discussion of home remedies she gave her children for fever.
