Scope and Contents
The National Register of Historic Places describes the cabin as a single dwelling constructed in 1930-1931. The cabin served as a base for the mining business at the Evergreen Bar Mining Claim on Elliott Creek in the Applegate River drainage basin.
The documents included are correspondence regarding the nomination, the placer claim form, plot plans, images of the cabin, floor plan, handwritten notes of the research, and a copy of "Notes on Historical Events –Rogue River."
