The Charles "Charlie" Givan folder provides research in photographs of the Ranch, farm equipment, structures, and family. A 1976 taped interview with Charlie, Ruth Kneas, and Kay Atwood describes the Old Givan Ranch and life back in the day. Also included are a list of people in the photos and handwritten notes.

Scope and Contents This folder contains in-depth research by Kay Atwood and Gail Evans, who worked together on the Frank Chamberlain Clark Survey. It includes handwritten notes and lists of homes and buildings he designed, some with Keeney, his partner. It also includes a copy of the National Register of Historic Places for the South Oakdale Historic District prepared by Vicki A. Bryden, listing homes, some of which Clark designed.
