The collection materials pertain to Ashland Independent Film Festival (AIFF). Materials contain programs, advertisements, merchandise, posters, and DVDs.

The Ashland Film Festival programs produced for 2012. The programs list films and directors in alphabetical order, as well as movie showtimes, and highlight a brief talk with the director regarding their film.

The materials include various documents for the 2012 AIFF, including festival brochures showing all the films and the days of their showings and cards advertising the festival. Also included are two pamphlets for the varsity world film week listing the international movies displayed and when, and a poster promoting the Varsity World Film Week.

The various documents include membership brochures listing the different levels and prices, a paper stating the 2012 ticket policies, a formal invitation to a private reception, and an envelope full of postcards with the film titles on them and a little information about the films.

The various realia include a black lanyard, volunteer passes, a ticket exchange voucher, a name tag for Richard Beer who is a part of the Advisory Council, and a Reel to Rouge Passport card.
