The collection materials pertain to Ashland Independent Film Festival (AIFF). Materials contain programs, advertisements, merchandise, posters, and DVDs.

The Ashland Film Festival programs produced for 2013. The programs list films and directors in alphabetical order, as well as movie showtimes and a brief talk with the director regarding their film.

The materials include various forms of advertisement for the 2013 AIFF, including copies of the festival guide, which list all the films shown and where and when they. Also included are some cards advertising the 12th annual AIFF, cards showing the locations of various eateries around Southern Oregon. Pamphlets and a poster advertise Varsity World Film Week. The materials list all the movies. Two cards advertise Reel to Rouge kick-off event for the Varsity World Film Week.

The various documents include thank you cards, Oscar Night Gala invitations, sponsorship, and membership brochures. Oscar Night Gala materials list the evening schedules and the AIFF films nominated for Academy Awards. The Ballot shows all the categories and movies nominated for Oscars for that year. Other materials include volunteer sign-up forms and a paper explaining benefits for volunteers and other ways to get involved.

The realia includes various vouchers and name tags, two Reel to Rouge, and Passports.

The materials include a black AIFF t-shirt with the cover art of the 2013 festival program on it.
