This item is a historical resource survey of Lakeview, Oregon conducted by Ward Tonsfeldt Consulting and submitted on August 1, 1989. The preface reads: "This survey was begun in August of 1988 and completed in July of 1989. The project was sponsored by the Town of Lakeview Planning Office. Data collected in the survey will help the Planning Office make informed decisions about historic resources within the town."

A copy of the spring 1987 issue of Landmark journal, a publication of 1000 Friends of Oregon. 1000 Friends of Oregon is a non-profit public service organization working since March 1975 to realize Oregon's land use laws at the state and local levels.

File includes a handwritten letter to James M. Upton from Douglas D. Martin regarding payment and contracts from 1920 as well as other letters from Douglas D. Martin.

A collection of handwritten letters addressed to Senator Bates concerning the agricultural bills pending in Oregon.

The file includes photocopied excerpts of chapters 1-9 of the book, The Same as Yesterday, concerning the Lillooet Tribe. It also consists of a passage of the Epilogue and source notes.
