Scope and Contents The Vincent Creek and Wells Creek Guard Stations constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) in 1934 and located within the Siuslaw National Forest land. In the 1950s these two guard stations were transferred to the BLM in the Coos Bay District. After being removed from the Siuslaw National Forest, the stations were removed from the National Forest inventory and therefore were not on the National Register of Historic Places of CCC.
