Historical documents, 1825-1906
The materials include four items. An issue of "The Hornet" described as the "hottest democratic paper in America," dated October 17, 1906. A certificate from the United States Express Company dated February 19, 1862. A newspaper clipping advertising merchandise available for purchase dated August 17, 1825. The medallion stamped with the State of Georgia, Agriculture and Commerce, dated 1799.

These materials are illustrations and drafts of title pages for Atwood's projects, Mill Creek Journal and Illahe. Also included are primary source documents and photocopies of primary source documents and other research materials.
Independent Order of Odd Fellows Cemetery Master, 1998
This research was used to create a teaching tool for elementary students to learn about historical cemeteries. The document has an overview of history with teaching activities, as well as the proper vocabulary and glossary terms. It also includes student handouts, a list of cemeteries, some pioneers listed, headstone shapes, and much more.
Independent Order of Odd Fellows Preservation Plan Current 1
The materials include a variety of photographs and negatives of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows cemeteries. These images include headstones, family plots, different views of the town, and buildings in the area. See folder 8 for research on the preservation plan.
Independent Order of Odd Fellows Preservation Plan, Eastwood IOOF Cemetery, Medford, 2000
The report was compiled to outline the steps needed for the management of the property in preparation for preserving the Eastwood/IOOF Cemetery in Medford, Oregon, established in 1890. The National Register of Historic Places form provides the history of the cemetery, images, maps, legal documents, and newspaper articles. See folder 7 for the photographs used in this assessment.
