Scope and Contents
The 1902 collection consists of a single letter from Gertrude (no surname included) of Pomeroy, Washington to Mr. F. Mortimer "Nick" Carter of Ellensburg, Washington and a photocopied obituary for David Roscoe Billings who was laid to rest in Hagardine Cemetery in Ashland, Oregon.
