Family letters, 1907
Scope and Contents
The 1907 correspondence consists primarily of letters and bills sent to Fred Mortimer Carter of Ellensburg, Washington. The correspondence includes letters from attorney Chester W. Clark of Boston and J.H. Avery of Milton, New Hampshire, about money loaned to Carter. There is a letter and bill from Samuel E. Barney of the Sheffield Scientific School of Yale University for tuition, room and board, and laboratory fees. The correspondence includes a single letter from Milton F. Wight (husband of Dora Elizabeth Wight nee Anderson) of Seattle to "Dear Father" (no attribution).
