Scope and Contents
The notice also explains what to enter into each census column on the back. The columns contain the name of the resident, and the number of males and females in residence. The notice explains that the Enumerator of each District is to visit every house in his district and collect the paper sent to the inhabitant beforehand, filled out completely and correctly.
