The National Registry of Historic Places nomination form describes the Clark–Jackson House located in Medford. Frank C. Clark designed the Colonial Revival house for his family in 1930. The file consists of plot plans, correspondence concerning nomination, biographical sketch, newspaper article, information on Frank C. Clark buildings in Rogue Valley, photograph negatives and slides.
