Scope and Contents

The National Registry of Historic Places nomination form describes the Hamilton and Edith Patton House located in Medford. Louis B Humphrys built the private residence in 1929. The home is an example of the Arts and Crafts style with Tudor architectural details. In addition to designing the house, Humphrys also designed the landscaping to match the details of the home. The house remained Edith Patton's residence until 1961.

The file consists of correspondence regarding the nomination, plot plans, floor plans, photocopy images of the house, photo of Humphrys, handwritten notes, and photographs.
