Scope and Contents
A published cooperative management plan for the Vancouver National Historic Site located in Clark County, Washington from January 28, 2000. The Cooperative Management Plan is a shared vision by four public agencies [City of Vancouver, National Park Service, U.S. Army, and State of Washington] and their partners in the coordinated preservation and management of the Vancouver National Historic Reserve for public benefit.
