A school handbook from 1975 titled, Teacher's Manual of Touching a Season of Time: the seeds of Jackson County history written and illustrated by the children, edited by Sabra Hoffman. The Acknowledgement begins thus: "The hope of the people who were involved in producing this book is to stimulate others--whether they be teachers or qualified volunteers--to make history alive in the classroom for students."
