The collection contains miscellanea from the Ashland Creamery Company dating back to 1896. Included are the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, 16 stock certificates listing shares valued at $10.00 each and two photographs. https://inside.sou.edu/

The file includes the Ashland Creamery Corporation's Articles of Incorporation signed by nine members of the Jackson County board in 1896. Also included is a 1940 yearbook from the Oregon Council for the Protection of Roadside Beauty.

Stock Certificate No. 11 for the Ashland Creamery Company. The certificate was issued to W. W. Erb for ten shares on June 7th, 1897. The shares were assigned to Domingo Perozzi in April 1901.

Stock Certificate No. 13 for the Ashland Creamery Company. The certificate was issued to A.C. Dixon for 15 shares on June 7th, 1897. The shares were assigned to Domingo Perozzi in April 1901.

Stock Certificate No. 25 for the Ashland Creamery Company. The certificate was issued to E. B. Barron for ten shares on June 7th, 1897. The shares were assigned to Domingo Perozzi in April 1901.

Stock Certificate No. 26 for the Ashland Creamery Company. The certificate was issued to C. A. Eliason for five shares on June 7th, 1897. The shares were assigned to Domingo Perozzi in May 1901.

Stock Certificate No. 30 for the Ashland Creamery Company. The certificate was issued to H. A. Spencer for ten shares on January 20th, 1898. The shares were assigned to Domingo Perozzi in March 1901.

Stock Certificate No. 33 for the Ashland Creamery Company. The certificate was issued to L. A. Neil for 20 shares on April 20th, 1901. This certificate replaces the lost original. The shares were assigned to Domingo Perozzi in October 1901.

Stock Certificate No. 35 for the Ashland Creamery Company. The certificate was issued to W. R. Kincaid for 20 shares on April 20th, 1901. Certificate No. 35 replaces the original certificate No. 19, which was lost. The shares were assigned to Domingo Perozzi in April 1901.

Stock Certificate No. 36 for the Ashland Creamery Company. The certificate was issued to Geo. W. Owen for 30 shares on April 20th, 1901. Certificate No. 36 replaces the original certificate No. 23, which was lost. The shares were assigned to Domingo Perozzi in October 1901.

Stock Certificate No. 37 for the Ashland Creamery Company. The certificate was issued to J. C. Neil for 20 shares on April 20th, 1901. Certificate No. 37 replaces the original certificate No. 18, which was lost. The shares were assigned to Domingo Perozzi in April 1901.

Stock Certificate No. 39 for the Ashland Creamery Company. The certificate was issued to Mrs. E. A. Smith for 20 shares on October 12th, 1901. Certificate No. 39 replaces the original certificate No. 22, which was lost. The shares were assigned to Domingo Perozzi in October 1901.
