Biographical / Historical
Ashland Creamery Company Articles of Incorporation were signed September 24, 1896, by George W. Dunn, T. E Hills, G. R. Gallant, D. H. Jackson, F. C. Homes, W. W. Erb, Leander A. Neil. The 16 stock certificates, with certificate numbers between 6 and 39, were issued June 7, 1897, with valuations of 5, 10, 15, 20, or 30 shares at $10 per share. They were all assigned to Domingo Perozzi between March and October 1901.
