Biographical / Historical

The Oregon Shakespeare Festival was founded in 1935 by Angus Bowmer. The Festival's Education department began in 1949 with Dr. Margery Bailey as the academic advisor. Further information regarding the Oregon Shakespeare Festival is available at https://www.osfashland.org.
