Materials in this collection relate to the Stratford Shakespeare Festival located in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. Publications include newsletters, membership magazines, seasonal programs, schedules, visitor guides, and diverse membership and public relations materials. Although the Festival's primary mandate is to produce the works of Shakespeare, they perform a variety of classical and contemporary works and musicals.

The Stratford Shakespeare Festival, formerly the Stratford Festival of Canada, was founded in 1952 in Stratford, Ontario. Currently, the festival the Festival runs from April to November and has four permanent venues plus an outdoor venue.
