The National Register of Historic Places form describes the Smith-Carnahan house. Constructed in 1908 for Herbert and Katherine Smith, Grants Pass, the home has remained in the family for seventy-four years. The historical value to Grants Pass is significant.

Scope and Contents The National Register of Historic Places form describes the Noble-Gohrke House. Constructed in 1909 as an elegant residence in Grants Pass, for George S. and Ella Calhoun. Mr. Calhoun served the Grants Pass community in many ways. In 1923, James Noble, a miner, purchased the home.
