The collection materials pertain to Ashland Independent Film Festival (AIFF). Materials contain programs, advertisements, merchandise, posters, and DVDs.

The Ashland Film Festival programs produced for 2010. The programs list films and directors in alphabetical order, as well as movie showtimes, and highlights a brief talk with the director regarding their film.

The materials include various forms of advertisements for the 2008 AIFF, including a festival brochure listing all the films shown and the days of their showings, cards displaying reviews of the festival and entry deadlines for filmmakers, a copy of documentary magazine featuring a small article about the AIFF, an issue of Jefferson Monthly with an article describing the 9th annual film festival, and a copy of Oregon Film Magazine with a story about Indie films in Southern Oregon.

The various forms of realia include vouchers, membership, and guest passes, two Oscar Night Gala and Silent Auction booklets, which list all the items up for bid, and a membership brochure which contains what you receive with each membership, and how much each cost. Also included are several DVDs that feature pre-film trailers as well as the pre-film slide shows, and there is even a DVD of the award show itself.

The various forms of realia include two white t-shirts, a black tote bag, as well as the film reel, in the form of a VHS tape, for the movie Diary of a Times Square Thief made by Klaas Bense.
