An original version of the Corporate Chater decribes what it is and what it does; An updated version of the Corporate Charter including any new amendments made and any new information; A letter explaining that the Constitution and By-laws have been ammended and suggesting that every voter has a copy of them and the Corporate Charter to understand what has been changed and why and for future reference on anything that needs voting on.

An original copy of the Constitution and By-laws (5 copies); An updated copy containing any new by-laws or information regarding the constitution.

A condensced version of the Personnel Manual given to any employee working on the Warm Springs Reservation, containing information such as a map of the area, employee benefits, and important dates (4 copies).

A small booklet titled "A Brief Look at the Warm Springs Reservation" which gives some background and historical information about the founding and creation of the Warm Springs Reservation (4 copies).
