An original version of the Corporate Chater decribes what it is and what it does; An updated version of the Corporate Charter including any new amendments made and any new information; A letter explaining that the Constitution and By-laws have been ammended and suggesting that every voter has a copy of them and the Corporate Charter to understand what has been changed and why and for future reference on anything that needs voting on.
