These materials constitute a compilation of photos from Powers' research of Captain Dynamite Johnny O'Brien. These are a consolidated collection of some of the photos from the earlier folders in this box. They seem to be a first draft of photos to be included in his book, Tales of the Seven Seas. The photos are undated.
Deep Sea Research, Inc., 1850-1997
The two items are related to an entity known as Deep Sea Research, Inc. and their involvement in recovering treasure from the Brother Jonathan wreck. The first item is a blue binder entitled the "Blue Book," dated to 1991 with materials inside dated to the nineteenth century. The second item is another report from further exploration efforts in 1997 with many color photos of treasure recovered from the wreck.
