Scope and Contents The National Register of Historic Places form describes Hillcrest Orchard with fifteen buildings constructed between 1900 and 1981. The Reginald and Maude Parsons House is the primary residence built from 1917-1926. Hillcrest Orchard initially developed by William Hubert Stewart, a member of the prominent Rogue Valley Stewart family.
