In the file are articles from a variety of sources that explain what the CCC was working on and accomplishing. The documents cover Klamath National Forest and Fire Lookouts in California, the Northfork Ranger Station in the Sierra National Forest.

The evaluation of the Running Y Ranch for inclusion in the National Registry of Historic Places identifies three distinct periods of history for the ranch. The periods include the Early Settlement Era 1866-1889, the McCornack Era 1890-1919, and the Geary Era 1920-1947. The document outlines the agriculture development of Klamath County during these periods. Materiels include images of structures and landscape on the ranch, as well as, maps and handwritten notes.
