Miscellaneous Artifacts and Deeds, 1941-1949
In this folder are two original deeds. One is transferring property from George A and Celia A Andrews to H J and Frances Leveque in 1946, and from H J and Frances Leveque to C A and Rachel Irwin in 1949. Also included is a booklet about the Warner family written in 1941. There is also a single page from an abstract No. 7693, regarding Block "S" lots eighteen and nineteen of the Railroad Addition.

Oscar B. Arie and Joseph Lincoln Harner, 1854-1919
The real estate abstract documents list the owners of Abel D. Helman's Donation Land Claim. Oscar B. Arie is the last owner listed in 1917. Also included is the probate for Orlando Coolidge, and the 1902 transfer of land to the Public for the Nob Hill Addition to the City of Ashland. A Legislative Act declaring the City of Ashland, a Municipal Corporation in 1907.

The real estate documents describe the owners of Lots 31 and 32 of the Railroad Addition Block "M," beginning with Pocahontas and Roy Edward Hosely in 1912, to Donald A. and Beatrice Wells in 1943. Also included is a marriage certificate for the marriage of Pocahontas and Oscar Tuttle in 1931.
