Scope and Contents
This folder contains correspondence between Dennis Powers and the National Parks Service and Department of the Interior from the San Francisco Maritime National Historic park regarding Whitelaw, who refloated multiple shipwrecks. Also contained here are notes and correspondences relating to the Whitelaw chapter of the book and a 2002 visitor's guide map for Del Norte County, California.
