Scope and Contents

These are some of the residents of the only mainland sea lion rookery in the nation. They stay year-round at Sea Lion Caves, and can be seen basking on these rocks or inside their marine cavern, 12 miles north of Florence on U.S. Highway 101 in Oregon. (Oregon State Highway Department Photo 6431-B).
