Scope and Contents

The broadside advertises an auction of various household items including furniture, kitchen and bedroom items, and a pleasure boat that will be sold by Mr. T. J. N. Brogden on Tuesday, January 9th at the Temperance House, in St. Benedicts Lane. The furniture belongs to Mr. William Smith who is selling it because he is leaving Lincoln. Also included is a description of the rooms and the furniture in them as well as the other items which are up for auction.
