Scope and Contents
This collection contains various boxes of slides, organized into themed slide shows. The list of titles is as follows: "19th Century America After 1860", "Art of Latin America," "Before Cortes," "Western Expansion," "Discovery of Settlement of North America", and "Battle of Little Bighorn." There is a series of slides published by the Smithsonian Institution entitled "Ghost Dance Tragedy at Wounded Knee," a book of slides entitled "Une Folle Aventure en Amerique: la Nouvelle France," and a box of slides entitled "Miscellaneous slides used by D. Martin for teaching."
