F-42 U.S. Department Of Agriculture, "Cooperative agreement for the purpose of conserving and protecting the water supply of the city of Ashland, Oregon," Rogue River National Forest, Medford, Oregon. An official letter of agreement between the U.S.D.A. and the City of Ashland regarding the management of the Ashland Creek watershed. Also includes the management of the "Interim Plan" for the Ashland Cr. watershed, an approximately 180-page document, which contains mention of proposed Congressional legislation that helped lead to the 1929 U.S.D.A./City agreement.
