Homestead entries, mining claims, and special uses, 1914-1985
Scope and Contents
These documents include examination reports, correspondence, and other material dealing with Forest homestead entries, "squatter" claims, and townsite withdrawals, and examinations of different mineral claim dating from the early 1900s through the 1950s. Most mineral claim files are held at the Federal Records Center.
