L-31 "A Story About an Early Forest Service Botanist," by Greg D. Lind, Idaho City Ranger Dist., Idaho. The Story published in the FS's "History Line" publication in Winter 1994 concerns Douglas C. Ingram, an early Forest Service range ecologist. The Story covers Douglas Ingram's work as a botanist in the PNW and his death in the Camas Creek Fire of1929.
