L-46 "Witness Statement regarding the George Duncan Shooting," of 1952 in Prospect, Oregon. The affidavit like statement by RRNF fire control officer Lowell Ash, who witnessed the Elk Creek shooting death of Oregon State Police Officer Phil Lowd by the "hermit trapper" George Duncan.
