The National Register of Historic Places nomination form describes The Nathaniel Curry property and house located Roseburg, Oregon. The Nathaniel Curry estate was one of the largest farms to exist in Douglas County, with 2,090-acres. The house is of the Queen Anne style, but the architect is unknown. The file consists of correspondence concerning nomination, copy of Graduating Exercises, Roseburg High School 1903, copy of 1880 Census of the United States, handwritten notes, letters of historical inquiry, and photo slide of property.

Nathaniel Curry was an immigrant from Ireland and arrived in the United States in 1835 as a boy with his family. He and his two brothers moved from the east to San Francisco and opened a business. There is an extensive amount of information about the family and their business dealings.
