Sebastopol Town Site
These materials are all undated. There are four photocopies of a relatively primitive handdrawn map of an area known as "Sebastopol." Also included is a brief typewritten note about the history of the area.
Section 14, Township 39 South, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian, 1886-1946
The real estate documents show the Homestead Certificate awarded to Lewis W. Moore in 1886, and the various transfers of ownership between 1886 and 1940, ending with Forman and Ida G. Boe.
