Correspondence concerns the eventual addition of McCallister and Dead Indian Soda Springs to the National Forest. The additions were desired from a recreation-enhancement viewpoint. The report concerns a second (or third?) round of proposals for Forest Service control of O and C revested lands. Resources and economic developments are described. An early version of a subsequent "O and C Addition" reports, Crater National Forest, 1919-21. The report contains useful background information on local ranches (cattle, sheep, and goats), communities, and mills in the Neil Creek, Upper Bear Creek, and Green Springs areas. [RR-SNF/SOU-HL]

The report concerns a proposal to add various revested Oregon-and-California Railroad Grant lands to the Forest.
