Bellview School House - School District No. 73, 1888-1945
Scope and Contents
The real estate documents show a change of ownership beginning with a Homestead Certificate to Thomas Long in 1890 ending with the overlap of property between the Bellview School House in School District 73 and Donald F. and Mildred Korth. Also included in the documents are the will and probates for Dennis More in 1890 and James Henry Williams in 1942 listing the details of their property and how to disperse their assets. There are also records of the California Oregon Power Company obtaining a right of way on the property James Henry Williams, William O. and Delta Martin in 1938 and the property of David Monroe and Marjorie Doris Stevens in 1944.
