C-54 "Crater National Forest, Sales, and Policy for Christmas Trees," W.J. Sproat and Paul A. Brinson, Crater/Rogue River National Forest, Medford, Oregon. Two letters of "Memorandum for Forest Supervisor," with maps attached, from Mr. Sproat and District Ranger Brinson describing access to specific areas for possible extraction of Shasta red fir Christmas trees. The document includes detailed 1931 hand-drawn timber type maps of Twin Ponds and Huckleberry Mountain. [RR-SNF/SOU-HL]
