The report concerns a second (or third?) round of proposals for Forest Service control of O and C revested lands. Resources and economic developments are described. The report includes timbertype reconnaissance; giving species and stand characteristics, etcetera. An early version of a subsequent "O and C Addition" reports, Crater National Forest, 1919-21.
