Twin Plunges

The Twin Plunges covered a nearly two-acre property, underlain by natural artesian wells that could fill the pool's 390,000 gallon retaining tank in an hour. The Twin plunges closed after the 1977 season, ending a 45-year tradition. The property was sold to Heritage Bank, later Valley of the Rogue and Umpqua banks, who sold the eastern half for construction of the Ashland Food Co-op. Gray Page - Ashland Creek - Twin Plunges.

Upper Table Rock in southern Oregon, just north of Central Point in the Rogue River Valley, has been a well-known landmark for nearly a century. The mesa towers almost a thousand feet above the nearby Rogue River. A pear orchard adds contrast to the base of Upper Table Rock.

Scope and Contents The real estate abstract documents ownership for Welborn Beeson's Donation Land Claim. Welborn Beeson purchased 120 acres in Talent, for the sum of $300 on March 4, 1908. William Kirby, Domingo Preozzi, Welborn Beeson, and Homer Neal agreed to establish a shared roadway from Yank Creek County Road through their properties in February of 1912.
