The real estate documents show the ownership of Lot 18 in Enders Addition in Ashland. In 1929, the records show that the property, in a matter of seven months, changed owners three times, ending with Eddy and Lottie Rogers. After Eddy died in 1930, Lottie, in Lieu of Foreclosure proceedings, signed the deed over to Henry G. Enders in 1938. Also included are documents regarding water rights on lot 18 of the Enders Addition.
