Scope and Contents
The National Register of Historic Places form describes the Richardson-Ulrich House as a private residence built for Robert M. and Anna Richardson in 1908. The Richardson's stayed in the house until 1920, when they sold it to George C. and Minnie Ulrich who remained in the home until their deaths in 1951 and 1953. A brief history of the Richardson and Ulrich families are in the nomination forms.
